Based on their website Covid-19 information and the instructions we were given over the phone, we felt they were doing everything right to protect their customers. Our room had a hair pin on the bathroom floor along with strands of hair on the floor, in the tub, and on our bed sheets. We honestly only saw one employee wiping off slot machines, once. Their website describes in detail what touch points are being cleaned and states that multi touch areas will be sanitized consistently. Many times we skipped getting on because there were too many already in and we didn't feel comfortable. There wasn't any restrictions posted on how many people could be in the elevator. All machines are on, so you may be sitting right next to someone with no plexiglass protection. We were told the hotel rooms were almost full and the casino floor was indeed busy. However, we saw housekeeping employees without masks and employees with masks pulled down near our room. And we felt policies were being followed there. We were told only one person from a group can check in and luggage has to be left in the car until room keys were given. But many people were checking in as a group and with their luggage. They were checking temps at the door and making sure people had a mask on upon entering.
